‎Sadsac’s Chicken Curry with Nutty Brown Rice

TRH ‎Sadsac's Chicken Curry with Nutty Brown Rice

3 skinless chicken breasts cubed
1 punnet mushrooms sliced
2 large onions sliced thinly
Good splash olive oil into a large pot (I used a cast iron pan)
1 tablespoon curry powder
1 teaspoon corn flour
4 bay leaves
Small handful of black peppercorns
3 cups water
Salt and pepper to take
2 cups brown rice

In a large pot hear olive oil and and onions and cook till soft the and the mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes.
Now and the cubed chicken and cook till brown.
And water and mix the curry powder and cornflour in a cup and and a but of water stir till a soft paste for and add to the water in the pot.
Heat your oven to 180 when your oven is hot to answer the curry to and oven proof dish and cook approximately and hold and a hold turning the meant very 20 minutes.
The later hold of cook your rice till temperature and nutty.
