Description
This is so easy, mix all ingredients, bake, and voila, you have the quickest and easiest ever milk tart.

- 4 eggs
- 50g butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup cake flour
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup dedicated coconut
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon for dusting or 1/2 tsp coconut shavings for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F.
- Grease a 30cm pie dish.
- Combine all the ingredients, except the topping, and beat well.
- Spoon into a pie dish and dust with cinnamon.
- Bake for 45 minutes until puffed and set.
- Top with coconut shavings or toasted flaked coconut if not dusted with cinnamon.
