This is so easy, mix all ingredients, bake, and voila, you have the quickest and easiest ever milk tart


Units Scale


  1. Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F.
  2. Grease a 30cm pie dish.
  3. Combine all the ingredients, except the topping, and beat well.
  4. Spoon into a pie dish and dust with cinnamon.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes until puffed and set.
  6. Top with coconut shavings or toasted flaked coconut if not dusted with cinnamon.
