2½ cups cake flour
1½ tblsp oil
1 tsp salt
Mix till it resemble crumbs
Add hot water to make a soft dough
Leave to rest for 15 minutes
Then drizzle 1 tblspoon oil over and knead well
Cover with plastic to let it rest before rolling.
Heat oil well for puris.
Press down once rise and it will puff
I used a steel glass to cut out the puris
