525 ml self raising flour
175 ml oil
350 ml sugar
350 ml yoghurt
100 gr raisins
A few almonds for topping
Put everything in a bowl and mix
Reserve some raisins for the top and also some almonds and cinnamon
Bake at 180 for 15 mins or until skewer comes out dry.
