Arabic bread dough, quick and easy and so delicious. You will make it over and over again as all will ask you for it.
Ingredients
2 cups flour
2 cups warm water
4 tbsp sugar
1/4tsp salt
2 tbsp yeast
Method
Mix together and let stand 15 mins
Then add 3 cups of flour
1/2 cup veg oil
1 tsp baking powder
Mix together well and let rise for 30-40 mins
The dough will be soft and pliable, so you can form it into bread rolls a loaf, or naan bread. Bake in preheated oven for 30 mins or until golden brown.
