200 ml flour
Put butter water and salt in a pot bring to boil
Add flour and cook till mixture leaves side of pan
Allow to cool for 5 mins, beat in egg one at a time, mixing well
Add mixture into piping bag pipe and pipe the churro
Fry in hot oil till light brown
Roll in cinnam9n and sugar whilst hot
Enjoy with chocolate sauce
1 cup fresh cream with 1 cup chocolate
Heat cream and add chocolate
Whisk well can add more Chocolate for thicker sauce or more cream for thinner sauce
