1 large finely chopped onion
Few dry chillies
1 tsp ginger and garlic paste
1 tsp tumeric
1 tsp cumin and coriander
1 tsp chilli powder
2 grated tomatoes
Soak shrimps in hot water and rinse well.
Braise onion, shrimps in hot oil with dry chillies
Add tumeric, cumin, coriander, chilli powder one at a time.
Mix and add ginger and garlic, branjol, tomatoes and curry leaves.
Leave to cook on high till curry dries up, add a little water optional or just reduce heat and cook till branjol is soft and oil surface, add salt to taste..
