Baby Puris, look at those lovely big puff, favorite Indian bread.
Ingredients
2½ cups cake flour
1½ tbsp oil
1 tsp salt
Method
Mix till it resembles crumbs. Add hot water to make a soft dough. Leave to rest for 15 minutes. Then drizzle 1 tablespoon oil over and knead well. Cover with plastic to let it rest before rolling. Heat oil well for puris. Press down once rises and it will puff. I used a steel glass to cut out the puris.
