
Baked beans curry:
Fry chopped onions, add 1tbls akhni masala, salt to taste, 1tsp ginger and garlic paste, cook through and add 2 tins baked beans.
Cook until blended with the spices.
Beef pot roast:
Just salt and pepper the beef, then fry both sides till lightly browned, then when all is fried, add to the pot again and add sliced onions and garlic and water and steam until soft.
