Description

These calamari/squid rings are dredged in seasoned flour and fried until crisp and golden.


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 750g calamari
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup corn flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons mixed dried herbs
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Sift together all dry ingredients.
  2. Beat the eggs together
  3. Dip calamari in beater eggs then in flour mixture and fry in hot oil for approximately 5 minutes
