Beef Mongolian  Tried Tested

Our main dish for tonight serve over rice

2 tbsp oil
Beef tenderloin,thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic,minced
2 stalks scallion,chopped
1″ peeled ginger,thinly sliced

1 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tbsp water
1 tsp chineese rice wine

2 tsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp dark soy sauce
2 dashes of ground white pepper
1/4 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp sugar to taste

Maribte the beef slices for 30 minutes. Heat up oil in a wok and stir fry the marinated beef until they are halway done. Dish out and set aside. Heat up the remaining oil and stir fry garlic and ginger until they are smell aromatic add the beef into the wok and then the sauce, continue to stir fry the beef slices until almost done. Then add the scallions. Dish out and serve over steam rice… Enjoy !
