Blade Beef and Vegetable Stew is great comfort food for the cold winter evenings

TRH Colleen's Blade Beef and Vegetable Stew


  • Blade beef pieces
  • 2 onions chopped
  • 4 potatoes cut into halves or quarters
  • Country crop vegetables
  • Salt & pepper
  • Some jimmy sauce
  • Some sweet chili sauce


  1. Wash your blade beef pieces & add to your pot
  2. Add your chopped up onions & some water
  3. Allow it to cook for 35 minutes and let water cook away in the pot
  4. Let it stick to the bottom of the pot adding bits of water and some olive oil
  5. It should be like a brownish color in the pot, add potatoes and cook for 10minutes
  6. Add country crop vegetables, salt & pepper, and some jimmy sauce & sweet chili sauce
  7. Add bits of water until its a nice thick stew and a nice brown stew
