W O W , I’ve been nominated for the Blogger Recognition Award.
Let’s start at the beginning, wherever that may be:
Thank you Agatha Chocolats for this nomination. I am so overwhelmed that I have to first bake something to work off the energy this generated. OK, maybe not, I will just munch on the “Thank You!” veggies!!
I have only been at this blogging business for a mere 9 months (should by now have delivered the baby), but maybe not! I am still trying to come to grips with this wonderful world of connecting and blogging, that I am not a full term yet, and may never get to that point.
I just love reading Agatha Chocolats stories, and by doing so, I indulge even more than before and enjoy chocolate in any shape or form. As a candy or in any baking, just say the word and I will try to incorporate it into a recipe, and that all to you Agatha. Thanks again!
The Rules of the game:
1. Write a post to show your award.
2. Acknowledge the blogger who nominated you.
3. Give a brief story of how you started your blog.
4. Give two pieces of advice to new bloggers.
5. Nominate 15 bloggers who deserve the award.
About me:
I am still working full-time, a mother, grandmother, wife, and friend. I love my world and am at peace with all.
I started my blog, as mentioned a mere 9 months ago, as I love to cook and experiment, and have gathered recipes for almost 50 years (paper and then electronic copies). I felt it a waste to just toss all those wonderful recipes in the garbage and forget about them, thus decided to put them to good use and started a secret FB page, just to keep track of them electronically.
Eventually, I decided to start a group and this has grown and eventually led to receiving wonderful recipes from members and now added The Recipe Hunter blog. I just love it to come home after work, and see what new stories and recipes the members posted on The Recipe Hunter (Cook & Enjoy).
I also have the privilege to make new friends and bloggers with similar interests!
My advice?
Sorry, but I am the last one to tell you how to run your blog. I have no formal training or knowledge of how to do what I am doing; I just wing it on a day-to-day basis. Maybe not the best way to go about it, but that’s my way of doing it, and as it’s working for me I will continue with it for now.
All I can add would be to stick with what you know and do your best at all times and above all enjoy it. Share your love of your own interest with others, and like their posts and blogs. It’s nice to see a “like” every now and then from a fellow blogger, and also new bloggers. Do your best to visit their blogs and read and learn from them and have fun together?

Thanks Agatha for the compliment. <3 Chocoholics we're for sure.
