Delicious beer batter fish and chips
100g cake flour.
55g corn flour
1 tsp baking powder.
1 tsp salt.
7 pieces of Hake fillets.
In a bowl, mix the cake flour, corn flour, salt and baking powder together.
Add the beer and whisk until a nice thick smooth batter is formed.
Pat the fillets dry with handtowel.
Dip into the batter and pop into the oil to deep fry until golden brown.
Remove from the oil once the fish is golden brown on both sides.
Sprinkle with coarse sea salt and serve with lemon wedges.
