Bobby’s Eggless Chocolate surprise cake

Ingredients:
All Purpose Flour – 1 cup
Baking Powder -1 tsp
Baking Soda – ½ tsp
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder – 6 tbsp
Granulated Sugar – ¾ cup
Vegetable oil – ½ cup ( I used sunflower oil)
Hot Coffee – ¼ cup (1 tsp of coffee in ¼cup hot water)
Milk – ¼ cup
Yogurt – ¼ cup
Vanilla essence – 1 tsp
M&Ms – roughly 4 packets.

Chocolate Icing –
Unsalted Butter – 100 gms, room temp
Cocoa powder – ⅓ cup
Icing sugar – 100g
Vanilla essence – 1 tsp
Hot water – 2-3 tsp

Instructions:
In a large bowl sift together the all purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, cocoa powder and sugar.
Make a well, add all the wet ingredients one by one.
Mix well, till everything is combined
Pour the batter into a greased tin and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20- 25 minutes or until the cake tester comes out clean.
Transfer the cake onto a wire rack , once cool now comes the fun part.
Place a blob of icing on a plate and then one layer of cake to prevent the cake from sliding around.
Before you place the next two layers, take a circle cookie cutter and place it in the center, using a sharp knife cut around the cookie cutter to create a circle in the middle, you should have cut through the two layers.
Now place icing on one layer and place it icing side down on the first layer that is already on the plate.
Ice the second layer only the cake part do not ice the center, just around the center and place the third layer which also has a hole in the center on top.
Fill it all the way to the top with M&Ms and then ice the cake part of the layer. Finally place the last layer on top and ice and decorate with M&Ms.
