Every once in a while, I come across a video recipe on Facebook that I really really and I mean really want to try.
I came across these egg mac muffins by chance and I knew I just had to try it out.
It is so simple, all you do, is cut the muffin in half, then using a circle cookie cutter, cut out the middle of the muffins.
Lightly oil a pan and place the muffin in the pan, crack an egg in the hollow center.
Allow the egg to cook to your preference and then flip and repeat.
Serve with a side of crispy chicken rashers or bacon.
It is as simple as that 🙂
