Ingredients
- 4 Eggs boiled and shelled
- 6 medium tomatoes grated
- 1 small onion chopped
- 2 dried chilies
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 2 bay leaves
- 3 tbsp masala
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- Salt
Method
- Cook all the chutney ingredients (not the eggs) for 15 mins.
- Boil eggs in a deep pot with water to your liking.
- Add boiled eggs.
- Ready to eat.
