A wonderful and comforting meal for everyday enjoyment and a great feast for all the family to enjoy
Ingredients
- Blade beef cut up into chunks
- 2 onions sliced
- Peppercorns about 6
- Bay leaves about 3
- 2 stick cinnamon
- Salt & fresh ground black pepper
- 3 potatoes cut into halves
Method
- Put onions &meat into a pot, add the bay leaves, peppercorns, stick cinnamon
- Add about 2 cups of water & allow to cook away
- Allow pot & meat to braise & burn/stick to the bottom of the pot
- Add bits of water and you will see a brownish color in the pot
- Cook until when pierced with a fork it’s nice & tender and almost soft to the bone
- Add your potatoes, salt & fresh ground black pepper and then add some olive oil and braise in the sauce
- Adding bits of water, keep adding water as you braise until potatoes are soft, yet tender and there is a nice thick sauce in the pot
- Taste to your liking, yummy enjoy
