Braised Chops marinated and served with garlic butter potatoes
- Marinade the chops with salt, pepper, heat a little oil in a pan, and brown both sides of the chops.
- Continue until all have been fried.
- Return to the pan and add a little water, garlic, sliced onions and cook until soft.
- Mix 1 dessertspoon flour with water to make a paste and add to the pot.
- Cook until it thickens.
For the garlic butter potatoes
- Steam the potatoes until soft and then drain the water.
- Return to the pot and add garlic, salt, and pepper, little mixed herbs.
- Toss around until mixed through.
