Braised Chops marinated and served with garlic butter potatoes
Marinade the chops with salt, pepper, heat a little oil in a pan, and brown both sides of the chops.
Continue until all have been fried.
Return to the pan and add a little water, garlic, sliced onions and cook until soft.
Mix 1 dessertspoon flour with water to make a paste and add to the pot.
Cook until it thickens.
For the garlic butter potatoes
Steam the potatoes until soft and then drain the water.
Return to the pot and add garlic, salt, and pepper, little mixed herbs.
