Marinade the chops with salt, pepper, heat a little oil in a pan and brown both sides of the chops.
Continue until all has been fried.
Return to the pan and add a little water, garlic, sliced onions and cook until soft.
Mix 1 dessertspoon flour with water to make a paste and add to the pot.
Cook until it thickens.
For the garlic butter potatoes
I steam the potatoes until soft and then drain the water.
Return to the pot and add garlic, salt and pepper, little mixed herbs.
Toss around until mixed through.
