1kg turkey skin removed
2 teaspoons ginger and garlic paste
1 teaspoon tumeric powder
2 teaspoons chilli powder
1 teaspoon jeera powder (cumin powder )
1 teaspoon dhania powder (coriander powder )
1 tablespoon masala (curry powder )
1 cup frozen peas
1 onion sliced
Heat two tablespoons of oil add two cinnamon sticks and onion fry until onion has browned add turkey spices tomatoes ginger and garlic and salt .
Cover and cook on medium heat for approximately 25 minutes.
Add peas and cook on low for 15 minutes add a tablespoon or two of water if necessary.
