Braised Turkey with yoghurt

TRH Braised Turkey with yoghurt

1 large sliced onion
2 grated tomatoes
1 tsp tumeric
1 tsp dhania n geera
1 tsp kashmiri
2 tsp bombay
1 tsp chilli powder
Curry leaves
Ginger n garlic
Oil
Bay leaf
Cinnamon
Half cup plain double cream yogurt
Salt
Water

Method
Braise onion in hot oil with spices, adding tumeric, dhania geera, kashmiri, chilli one at a time,saute ,then add ginger n garlic and fry a little,then add curry leaf with tomatoes and stir ,add turkey pieces and cook a little, add some water optional..once water dries up and turkey is done add yogurt and salt and mix and drop heat and leave to simmer.Garnish with dhania.
Nice with roti or just plain rice.
