Meat-free day, so here we go with a Butter Beans Mushrooms Curry that will satisfy you for sure
Ingredients
- 1 can butter beans
- 1 sliced onion
- 1 large grated tomato
- Sprig of curry leaf
- Oil
- Salt
- 1tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp Bombay masala
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1tsp jeera n dhania
- 1 tsp ginger n garlic
- Sliced mushrooms
- Few chillies
Method
Braise onion in hot oil
Add chilies, jeera, dhania, turmeric, Bombay, chili
Fry it a little, add ginger and garlic
Continue to braise it
Add tomatoes and beans and cook through
Add mushrooms, salt, and curry leaf and leave to simmer, add water optional.
