You have to try these easy, healthy mixed berry muffins
4 Tblspns coconut flour
4 Tblspns flaxseed flour
4 Tblspns flax seeds / linseeds
2 tsp psyllium husk
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 sp baking soda
1/4 cup xylitol
1/4 cup milk
Crack of himilayan pink salt
80g mixed berry and seed snack pack (mine has dried cranberries – dried blueberries – sunflower seeds & pumpkin seeds)
1/4 cup sultanas
1/2 cup desiccated coconut
Mix everything (except the mixed berries – sultanas and coconut) in a food processor
Stir in the rest
Pour into muffin tins and bake at 200C till the tops are firm and the muffins are brown.
