100g cream cheese
1 tsp psyllium husk (optional)
Put everything into a food processor and blend till smooth.
Fry both sides on medium heat
I make small-sized crepes as it can be difficult turning them. The bigger you make them the harder it will be and it might break.
You can stuff these with something sweet or savoury and are even delicious on their own.
