TRH Caashifa's Low Carb Cheddar Loaf
Ingredients
1 cup flaxseed meal
2 tspns baking powder
1/4 tspn baking soda
4 eggs
1 Tbspn olive oil
1/2 cup cheddar cheese grated
1 tspn garlic powder
1/2 tsp dried parsley
Crack of sea salt / himilayan pink salt
Fresh cracked pepper
Chili flakes to taste

Method:
Combine all ingredients.
Pour into greased oven dish.
Bake at 220C till the bread is firm to the touch.
Cool completely.

Es’s version of Caashifa’s LC Ceddar Loaf:
I made this, it’s super easy and delicious.
I made 4 mini’s, substituted chili flakes with paprika and baked it at 420F for ±12 minutes.
Thank you so much, now I have bread for this week’s lunch at work.

Addendum:
Collette Redman Just made this again. Doubled the recipe and made them in my silicone muffin tin. Using them like english muffins. Enough for 2 weeks of breakfast. Love this recipe.
