Caashifa's Microwave Keto Flax and Sunflower Seed Mug Bread
The Life-Changing loaf of Keto bread
Ingredients
½ cup flaxseed meal
2 Tblspns olive oil
1 tspn baking powder
1 egg
3 Tblspns milk
Crack of himilayan pink salt
Method:
Mix all the ingredients well.
Scoop into 2 microwave containers.
Top with sunflower seeds (optional) and microwave for 90 seconds – 2 minutes.
Cool and slice.
This can also be made into a small loaf and microwave time adjusted.
