Indian vegetarian cooking
Ingredients:
Small packet dried shrimps
Calabash, cleaned and cubed.
Oil
1 tsp crushed chili
1 tsp geera and dhania and garlic
1 tsp chili powder
1 sprig curry leaf
Fresh dhania
2 grated tomatoes
Salt to taste
1 onion
Method
Soak shrimps in hot water and after few minutes rinse properly.
Fry onions, crushed chillies with shrimps in hot oil.
Add dhania and geera, tumeric, chilli one at a time.
Add ginger and garlic and saute.
Add tomatoes and curry leaf and fry a little, then add your calabash and cook
Add a little water and salt and cook, once soft and cooked garnish with fresh dhania.
