500 gr Ox tails

¼ seasoned flour (celery salt, pepper, paprika, meat tenderizer, BBQ spice, Italian herbs)
Half cook 2-3 cups rice of your choice with a few cinnamon sticks and elachi and then remove whole spices.
Boil 1/2 cup breyani dhall or use 1 can of brown lentils. Boil a few eggs (optional).

To make both the cauliflower noodles and the cauliflower bechamel, you’ll need to buy one large head of cauliflower, it should be plenty.

Our dinner tonight: This is the most basic of recipes with Salmon, but oh so yummy!
BBQ enough cuts of salmon, typically one per person.
We had 3 cuts, but only used about 1½ between two adults.
Salt to your taste and BBQ for 10-15 minutes on a Gas BBQ Grill till done to your liking.
We added ½ of a ciabata bun per person, also toasted and buttered.
Serve with ½ avo per person, with salt and freshly ground pepper.
You can add some Cantelope as an extra.
