Look at this yummy Cauliflower Bake, lots of cheese, and a wonderful veggie dish!

TRH Colleen's Cauliflower Bake

Ingredients

  • Small head of cauliflower boiled in water until tender, drain and keep aside
  • CHEAT KNORR WHITE ONION SAUCE
  • Braise half an onion in some butter in a pan until translucent
  • Add 2 cups milk or cream and stir
  • Add half a packet of knorr white onion soup and stir

Method

  1. Cook until nice, thick, and creamy
  2. Remove from stove plate
  3. Put your cauliflower florets into an oven dish and pour sauce over
  4. Add grated cheese over and into oven @180deg for 20mins or until cheese has melted
