2 Cups self raising flour
1/2 Cup sugar
3/4 cup maas (buttermilk)
Preheat oven to 180
Sift flour and salt into mixing bowl
Rub in the margerine
Stir in the sugar
Add maas and quickly mix into a soft dough
Turn out onto floured surface
Roll out thickly
Cut with a scone cutter
Place on a floured baking tray
Bake for 12 min
Viola, super soft mouth watering scones with a nice cupa.
