28 Mar Charmaine's Braised Red herbs, Mushrooms, Potatoes and Roti
Mushrooms and potatoes
2 punnets button mushrooms cleaned and quartered
1 onion sliced
2 grated tomatoes
3 green chillies
1 tsp kashmir chilli
Salt to taste
2 potatoes cubed
Fry onion and chillies
Add masala and tomatoes and cook on low a few minutes
Add mushrooms and season with salt to taste.
Cook for 5 mins, add potatoes and cook on medium till potatoes are cooked through.
Garnish with dhania
