- 1/2 cup bacon bits
- 1/2 cup cooked chicken, diced
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Cayenne pepper, to taste
- Italian seasoning, to taste
- 1/2 to 1 tbsp dried chives
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease an 8×8-inch Pyrex dish or use a smaller one if you’re craving thicker slices.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, melted butter, salt, black pepper, cayenne, and Italian seasoning. Make sure it’s all nice and smooth.
- Spread the bacon bits evenly across your greased dish. Scatter the diced chicken over the bacon. Pour the egg mixture on top, giving everything a light stir to let the flavors mingle.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese generously over the top. Finish with a dash of dried chives for that extra pop of flavor.
- Pop the dish in your preheated oven. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean and the top is golden and bubbly.
Notes
- This frittata is just as good cold as it is hot, making it perfect for meal prep or leftovers!
- Want a creamier texture? Swap out the milk for heavy cream.
- Looking for some veggies? Toss in some sautéed onions, mushrooms, or spinach.
