Rinse chicken and add to pot, add 1 cup water or less.
Add few tsp ginger and garlic paste, add thyme, few drops of lemon, add few drops of buttermilk and cook on high, add 3/4 tsp crushed chillies, black pepper, once water dries up
Add sliced potatoes, butter and 2 grated tomato and cook on medium heat
Add salt to taste and stir and cook on low heat till potatoes are soft.
Slice onions and throw over chicken, leave to simmer, add mint over optional.
Can be eaten with freshly buttered rolls.
