Large pot with lid fill with water place on stove and put 1 large cleaned chicken.
Next add about 3 roughly chopped carrots and add 1 large onion chopped.
Also place 2 roughly chopped celery sticks, then add some chicken stock cubes
Bring to a boil and cook about 2 hours.
Taste soup and add salt now.
Do not throw chicken away this can be used in many different dishes
In a large bowl using a fork only as this gives air to the mixture beat 4 eggs together
Add 2 cups water and beat with eggs.
Add 2 cups of matza meal into eggs and water mix till combined.
Add a teaspoon of ginger and a teaspoon of cinnamon together with 2 teaspoons of salt and half a teaspoon of white pepper and either 4 tablespoons of smultz or a third of a cup of oil and mix well.
Cover with glad wrap and allow to rest for an hour.
Now bring soup to boil and using a tablespoon make hands wet.
Take one tablespoon full of mixture and roll into a ball using the palm of your hand. Repeat till all mixture is used.
Place balls into soup and cook for 30 minutes.
Soup is ready to serve. Enjoy
