6-8 chicken pieces
chicken spice
Spicy cajun spice
Little salt
Flour

Method
Wash and clean chicken pieces & drain in a rice colander/strainer
Sprinkle a little salt on chicken pieces, put the chicken in a bowl & sprinkle about a tablespoon of chicken spice over the chicken & about 1 tablespoon of spicey cajun spice, mix well
Then coat chicken pieces with flour until well covered.
Heat oil in a pot and when oil is hot, shake off excess flour and fry chicken
Turn chicken pieces after 10 mins when the first side is golden brown & crispy
Fry the other side of chicken
Test the thickest part of the chicken & when the juices run clear, the chicken is done
