TRH Colleen's Fish Frikkadel

1 tin saldanah fish in chillie sauce..drain the sauce
1 grated onion,squeeze out the juice
2c ups fresh bread crumbs/5 slices bread pre-soaked
1 egg
Fresh parsly
Salt to taste

In a bowl add your fish without the sauce & remove the small bones
Add the egg, parsly, bread crumbs/bread & grated onion
Add salt to taste & mix well to combine
If mixture is still very thin add more breadcrumbs until you get a nice solid frikkadel
Fry in shallow oil until nice & brown
Serve with mash & stewed tomato
