Lean Ground beef
2 grated onions
4 slices stale bread
Chillie garlic sauce
Nandos lemon & herb
Salt & freshly ground black pepper
Mix everything together
Fry in shallow oil.
Take mince in the palm of your hand and part it, then add a teaspoon of grated cheese in the middle and then close and fry.
