Colleen’s Sausage Stew and Bake Beans

TRH Colleen's Sausage Stew and Bake Beans
2 onions sliced
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon coriander
3 allspice
Dhania or beef sausage cut up
4 potatoes cut into quarters
Salt & pepper
1 teaspoon egg yellow
1 tin koo bake beans
1 teaspoon garlic&ginger&dhania paste
Sugar to taste

Braise onions in little oil in pot
Add allspice And allow onions to braise until brown
Add potatoes and garlic & ginger, dhania paste  and cumin & coriander
Add little waterm, then allow to cook for 10 mins
Add chopped up sausages and add teaspoon egg yellow
Aallow to cook until sausage is done
Add tin bake beans, salt & pepper & sugar to taste
Simmer for 5mins
Make sure you have a nice gravy/sauce and serve with rice
