1 onion chopped up
Half pepper chopped up
Salt & fresh ground black pepper
Put in pot the onion and some oil
Allow to braise until brownish
Add chopped up pepper and chopped up tomato
Add salt & pepper and a bit of sugar
Allow to cook until tomatoes are no longer as big as when you started and its a nice smooth like a smoortjie should be…not lumpy…taste to your liking.
