TRH Colleen's Veggie Rice

Half punnet sliced mushrooms
Nob of butter/margerine
Spice for rice
50g country crop veggies
± 2 cups Cooked rice

Add butter/ margerine to pan
Add mushrooms and allow to braise
Add veggies and allow to cook for 5 mins
Add cooked rice and add spice for rice, mix together
Add more salt or spice for rice to your liking
Add a drizzel of olive oil and turn the heat off and allow to sizzel on the hot stove plate for 1min
Remove and serve with meat.
