Do you want to W O W your friends, then you need to try this wonderful crayfish cocktail served in the crayfish tail shell!!!
Clean 20 crayfish tails
Cut neatly open and cook tails for about 15 to 20 in salted water
Take out of the shell when cooled off and cut crayfish meat up into pieces
Add chopped red and yellow pepper, chopped parsley, and thyme, and add 3 spoons of mayonnaise and 1 spoon of sugar and mix everything together.
Dish the cocktail back in crayfish tail shells and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
