Crispy potatoes on the outside, but soft on the inside – perfect.
Ingredients
- 5 potatoes cut into wedges/halves
- Salt
- Spicy cajun spice
- Chicken spice
- Flour

Method
- Peel potatoes &cut into wedges /halves
- Put into a jiffy /bread bag & microwave for 5-6mins, until potatoes are tender but not overdone.
- Transfer potatoes to a bowl & coat with salt, spicey cajun spice & chicken spice
- Toss to coat well, coat with the flour
- You can add fresh or dry herbs or parsley to the flour
- Fry the potatoes after you fried the chicken until the potatoes are crispy on the outside & soft inside.
