Eggless Coconut Cake

Here you have a soft and fluffy Eggless Coconut Cake which is light and incredibly delicious!


Units Scale
  • 2 cups flour
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 250g margarine
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
  • 1 cup of coconut
  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons of icing sugar


  1. Add sifted flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl and mix.
  2. Cream the margarine, sugar, and vanilla and add to the dry ingredients alternating with the milk.
  3. Grease the round baking dish.
  4. Pour in the batter and bake in a preheated oven for approximately 30 minutes at 180C / 350F degrees.
  5. When the cake is cool dust it with icing sugar.
