Our dinner tonight: This is the most basic of recipes with Salmon, but oh so yummy!
BBQ enough cuts of salmon, typically one per person.
We had 3 cuts, but only used about 1½ between two adults.
Salt to your taste and BBQ for 10-15 minutes on a Gas BBQ Grill till done to your liking.
We added ½ of a ciabata bun per person, also toasted and buttered.
Serve with ½ avo per person, with salt and freshly ground pepper.
You can add some Cantelope as an extra.
