TRH Es's Bread Rolls with meat filling

12 Store bought bread rolls dough

Let it proof.
Turn it upside down, and slightly open it up by lighly making a dent in the middle and then pulling it open in your hand.
Add ± 1 heaped teaspoon of filling of your joice
Now pinch the bottom together to form a nice roll again.
Place in the freezer and once relatively solid, then pack and store for baking when needed.
Take our, defrost, beat one egg and a bit of milk, and paint on the roll
Bake at 375F till you have good golden color and bread baked through.
Serve with a salad for an easy lunch.
