1 x 225g pre-rolled sheet of butter puff pastry
Sweet Chilli Sauce
1 x 340g Mini Brie Cheese Roll
Freshly shredded parmesan cheese
Thaw pastry and roll open on parchment paper which it’s wrapped in.
Place the brie cheese in the center of the pastry and generously coat with sweet chili sauce.
Top with an equal generous helping of bacon bits
Wrap the pastry over the brie corner to corner until it is completely encased in a puff pastry parcel.
Whisk the egg and brush over the pastry parcel.
Decorate with extra bacon bits and freshly grated parmesan cheese.
Keep pastry parcel on original parchment paper and transfer to a baking tray and pop it in a preheated oven at 350F and bake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown.
Dish up, slice, and enjoy !!
