Cream Cheese and Fruit
225g cream cheese
1/4 cup sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla
1 roll butter puff pastry
Whip the first 3 ingredients together till smooth.
Note: I only used ½ the above amount as I only used 1 roll of pastry for the sweet filling
Divide your filling in 9 equal portions and after you folded the pastry as desired, add filling
For the sweet pastry, add some fresh fruit of your choice.
Savory Pastries

± 125g Whipped Chive Cream Cheese
5 Anchovy Fillets – chopped into small pieces
3 extra fillets – cut into 3 pieces for topping
1 roll butter puff pastry
Defrost pastry in the fridge, keep it cold at all times, it MUST stay cold in order to work with.
Open roll and work on the parchment paper its wrapped in
Slice in 9 equal blocks

For the savory, add the filling, then a small sliver (1/3) of the anchovy fillet
Bake for 15-20 minutes at 400F till puffed and have a tosted
If you can, let them cool down, before you gobble them up.
