Ingredients:
340g packet cooked prawns
10 asparagus spears
½ red pepper
1 punnet sliced mushrooms
½ courgette/zucchini
20-25 fresh pea pods
1 teaspoon of minced garlic
Spices: basil, thyme and rosemary
± 10-15ml soy souce
Method:
Cut all veggies in bite size pieces
Use a large skillet, add some butter or margarine (your choice) and stirfy in the following order:
Mushrooms and garlic – set aside
Asparagus and peppers. Add ± 10-15ml soy sauce.
When nearly done add the peas and zucchini for a minute or two – add with mushrooms
Fry the prawns. Once done, add spices and then toss back together in the skillet, and warm through.
Serve immediately.
