Ingredients
3 large brown mushrooms
½ stick melted Butter or margarine (I prefer real butter or even garlic butter)
½ teaspoon Bottled garlic (More if you like garlic, like we do)
3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese, or any cheese you prefer.
Dried parsley (or if you have fresh, even better)
Wash mushrooms
Break out the white stem, and chop it up
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients and spoon micture back into the mushrooms cups
Bake at 350F till tender
Remove, and sprinkle additional cheese and parsley over and place back in the oven till melted.
Serve immediately.

Yes we loved it and its so easy to prepare. I typically just use what I have available in the fridge, but have made this with slight variations many times and always a winner.
