I am so happy with the results, I can hardly believe it’s so soft and yummy, and they did not turn out as rocks….
Ingredients:
500 g all-purpose flour
3x7g sachets active dry yeast
25ml sugar
25ml oil
5ml salt
250ml + 50ml warm water
Place all the dry ingredients in a bowl
Mix the water and oil
Add to dry ingredients and knead to a soft dough.
Form a ball, cover and allow to rest until double in size.
Divide into 8-10 balls.
Now form your bread rolls into the shape of your choice.
Let them rest for 15 minutes, and brush with milk
Sprinkle with sesame or poppy seeds and bake for 15-20 minutes.
